Thank You to All Participants

We would like to extend our gratitude to all the researchers and institutions that took part in this new edition of the MICROTRAC Scientific Challenge. Your passion, scientific rigor, and desire to contribute to a more sustainable future are an Inspiration to us all.

At Microtrac and within the Verder Group, we firmly believe that research is an essential driver of change. That is why we are proud to offer cutting-edge tools that will enable researchers to explore, innovate, and deliver concrete solutions for our planet.

In an era when extreme weather events are becoming the norm, the call for sustainable solutions has never been louder. The root of these global challenges lies in the rising CO2 emissions from the extensive use of fossil fuels, which are marking the onset of global warming. Transitioning lifestyles and industries towards sustainability is no small feat, yet it's a necessary endeavour for our planet's future.

Recognizing the importance of pioneering green energy innovations, advanced battery technologies, energy-efficient equipment, and effective carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) methods, the Verder Group has taken a significant step forward. In 2023, under our ambitious Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program "Enabling Progress," we are committed to catalysing positive environmental change.

As a pivotal part of this initiative, Microtrac, a proud member of the Verder Group, is launching the "MICROTRAC Scientific Challenge." This program is designed to empower researchers and innovators dedicated to solving the pressing environmental issues of our time. We are offering two state-of-the art BELSORP MINI X Gas Adsorption Analyzers. The BELSORP series is renowned for its precise measurement of specific surface areas and pore distribution. Gas Adsorption measurement instruments are essential for advancing research in fields critical to developing sustainable technologies and practices.
